Emlyne Forren is a Network Engineer at the Delaware Electric Cooperative with experience managing Cisco networking switches and firewalls.  She implemented a network monitoring system for realtime performance and security measurements; Assisted in the network design for a SCADA system, Mobile Device Management, and offsite workstation access; Created user awareness programs that include periodic phishing email tests and development plans;  Developed Incident Response Plans and Points of Sale Isolation Policies; Oversees PCI compliance activities; Set up and manages Two-Factor Authentication tokens for users; Oversees third party penetration tests and remediations; and Implements endpoint protection software with application whitelisting rules.
